We are made of resonances, from the darkest of the dark to the lightest of the light. All colors on the artist’s palette and all notes within musical scales exist within All That is. The joy of creation is that we get to weave these resonances together in our own unique weaving that is our life. But we’re never stuck with whatever weaving we’ve created if we don’t like it. We can choose different resonances and reweave them to create a new reality.  

How do we choose new resonances?  

We tend to think of choice as choosing one thing or another external thing. But what if choice is really an internal thing based on what resonance we’re standing in?  Creation is constantly creating itself, which is a non-linear process. But we tend to see it as if creation is a linear mechanical thing that we are separate from. When we see it as mechanical, then we see ourselves as the mechanic whose job it is to tinker with the engine and make it run better. But what if we’re part of creation itself? Then we don’t need to be in charge of it because it works quite well on its own and we can enjoy being part of it.  

Choice has to do with which resonances we are standing in, in any moment. Some are uplifting life giving and some are deadening and take us down. What new perspectives and their resonances could we allow that would be joyous and freeing? Which of our perspectives and their resonances are creating separation and suffering? Are we willing to choose a new perspective and feel its liberating resonances?  

We’re always invited to explore new resonances and weave them together in more magnificently rich and complex ways which are full of beauty and grace.    

In this workshop we will:
  ·  become aware of the resonances that are deadening
  ·  experience other resonances that are life giving and feel wonderful
   · explore weaving resonances of our choosing to create a new reality
