Rick Sugerman works with both people and animals in his acupuncture practice, but it was his relationship with animals that led him to discover even more about healing. Since animals don’t communicate with words, Rick found how to move outside his linear mind to other ways of perceiving and communicating. Anamika noticed his gift with animals when she brought her Afghan Hound named Shaqqara to him for acupuncture. She observed how he was accessing his energy bodies and his heart, providing great presence and safety for healing.
Rick will share miraculous stories of how he observed animals quickly drop their guard and invite him to help them heal. As he developed this new way of communicating and healing with animals, he found that it also translated over into this work with people and in fact, to all areas of his life.
Over several years, Anamika helped Rick access his healing presence more deeply. She will provide insight into Rick’s growth and experiences so that we can all learn to open as Rick did to the miraculous experiences that can occur when we move beyond our minds, into our hearts, and resonate with pure presence. She will guide you through a profound experience of connecting more deeply with your own presence. This deepened connection will allow you to be more loving and peaceful in your life and even more perceptive and present with those people and animals you love.
