Anamika’s workshop: Filling the Emptiness Inside
What makes life worth living? It’s not just what we do, but rather how we feel inside in any given moment. Sometimes even when we’re with people we adore, or during activities we enjoy, there’s still an inner emptiness, ache, or yearning.
Even while wishing to fill our emptiness, perhaps how to do it eludes us. Perhaps we can’t fathom what it is that would satisfy our cravings.
We all have a rich inner substance that is always there whether we know it or not. When we connect with our inner substance we feel like we matter, like life matters and has profound meaning just because we exist.
How can we experience this substance when we can’t yet feel it? While we can’t make it happen, we can be open to receive an infusion that will more than fill the yearning. It brings a light-filled joy to being alive and to what we do.
We can open to experiencing and appreciating the fullness of our rich substance and mattering. They are available in the present and fill our emptiness, providing an ever more meaningful experience of each moment of life.
In this workshop you will:
- become aware of your perceived inner emptiness
- open to receive what you can’t find for yourself
- be infused with your own fulfilling substance and mattering
