I humorously debated calling this workshop Surviving Relationships, because at times relationships can be so challenging that we don’t know if we, or the relationship, will survive! But whether smooth or rocky, relationships are a powerful vehicle for spiritual growth and provide a mirror of our inner beliefs.
The resonances of our beliefs have enormous impact, both positive and negative, since others respond to our energy, not just to our words. When we are willing to look in the mirror, take ownership for what we’re creating, and choose to move in a more compassionate and understanding direction, then our outer relationships change for the better too.
When we want a relationship to change, rather than trying to change the other person, we can focus instead on how we ourselves can change. As we inwardly change, our outer relationships change. When we come from a more open place, we not only perceive others more compassionately, but they respond to us differently as well.
As a special Valentine’s workshop, I’ll be co-leading this workshop with my partner, Greg Winters. Greg is gifted with a powerful authenticity and ability to take ownership of his part of our dynamics. In moving forward together, we’ve been letting go of our ideas about relationships to find more real ways of relating. Greg and I will be sharing what works and doesn’t work for us in creating a deeper connection.
In this workshop you will:
